Within Building Sweden, we build sustainable housing, offices, healthcare buildings, schools, sports facilities, and other public environments for both private and public clients. The Building Southeast department consists of approximately 150 employees and manages a wide variety of construction projects within the region. We are a strong player in the market, especially when it comes to larger and more complex projects.

About the position as Business Support

This role is an important part of the Business Team and is a central piece to support the department in sales and marketing matters together with other colleagues. The role involves being responsible for compiling our customer offering by participating in the sales process to secure new projects and business for NCC. You will work closely with the Marketing and Business Manager and production managers, where you will be responsible for writing, developing, and refining our bids and creating presentation materials for bid presentations, with the help of our graphic profile and more. You will also be involved in market mapping and coordinate and project manage customer events and marketing activities.

In addition to the above, you will support the department in various tasks related to internal communication, such as creating PPT presentations, newsletters, and social media content. You will also support some of our projects where you will work on communication with clients.

You will be part of a strong business team that works with marketing and sales of construction projects, for both private and public sectors, ranging from housing, offices, to schools and healthcare facilities. Your profile

We are looking for someone with an education in sales, marketing, or communication. We prefer that you have a background from a similar role where you have independently worked with communicative texts and marketing materials. Previous experience in a sales and marketing department where you have worked with sales processes in a back-office function or similar is considered an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you have a strong interest in writing and formulating text, as well as an eye for layout and visual expression. You are proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign and have the ability to package an offer in a selling and attractive way.

You have a clear drive, can lead yourself, and plan your work well. You enjoy varied tasks and preferably have experience in project managing smaller projects. You are also used to delivering against deadlines and keeping assignments together from start to finish.

Additional information

The position is a permanent employment with a start date as soon as possible. You will be based at our office in Jönköping. This position will undergo background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
